Hello Friends, welcome to my gallery! I hope you're enjoying some of my favorite photography works. A little about me: I'm a classically trained violinist who discovered a passion for photography during my freshman year in college. Leaving my hometown of Taipei and traveling over seven thousand miles to study abroad sparked a desire to document life and capture the fleeting moments that make it special.
I soon realized that portrait and street photography resonated with me the most. Capturing the essence of my musician friends and seeing the joy it brings them makes me feel truly alive. Street photography, for me, represents the purest form of the art—where a single image can freeze time and tell a story more powerful than a thousand words.
Storytelling is at the heart of my work. As musicians, we constantly weave narratives through our music, and photography allows me to convey raw, unfiltered emotions while documenting history. I’m a huge fan of movies, regardless of the genre; I love how a two-hour film can transport you to another reality and, most importantly, tell a brilliant story. Documentaries, in particular, inspire my approach to photography: capturing moments that are precious, unique, and unrepeatable.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my work and learn a bit about my journey. Photography, much like music, is a deeply personal and expressive art form for me. It allows me to connect with people, share stories, and preserve the beauty of life's fleeting moments. I hope my photos inspire you, evoke emotions, and maybe even tell a story that resonates with your own experiences. If you’d like to collaborate, share thoughts, or simply connect, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s create something memorable together!
Taking pictures is savoring life intensely, every hundredth of a second.
